Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order print reproductions, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, I will make it right!

Please email haynaccsart@outlook.com within a week of delivery with the following: your name, order number, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once reviewed, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
